This song was... oddly challenging. There were so many times where I thought I might be finished with it, but it just didn't sound right. What I thought would be a simple acoustic and vocal track grew to something much more than I thought it would be. It kept beating me, and I almost gave up.

But I'm glad it did. There's something fun, beautiful, and torturous about art; you have to keep your mind open, and let the song go where it wants to go. You're not always in control. I didn't know where this song was going, but I knew I'd feel it in my get when I did.

And so, it ended up here. I think it was worth it, but what do you think?
